I paid but the cart does not show it
Mobile Money can take a few minutes. If it still shows nothing after 10 minutes, send us the cart link and the phone number you paid with.
When do I get my money back?
If a cart does not fill by its deadline, or is cancelled, we send your money back to the number you paid with. We check each refund before sending it.
I lost my pickup code
Open the cart from Carts on this site. The code shows there once the order is delivered to your pickup point.
Something is wrong with my items
Tell us before you leave the pickup point if you can. Send a photo on WhatsApp with the cart link.
